Final Verdict

Which one is best between Snapdragon 768G vs Snapdragon 860 vs Dimensity 800U

The Snapdragon 860 is a performance beast among these two Chipsets but on the other hand, Snapdragon 768G and Dimensity 800U have 5G connectivity for future proof devices in India, But the point is when 5G will arrive in India, also how much 5G bands smartphones brands will be providing to devices, we recently saw that In India Oneplus 9 series does not have the same number of 5G bands as they launched in global market i.e USA.

Snapdragon 768G is the winner of this comparison, having an extra edge over both two chipsets as following:

  1. It has 5G connectivity over Snapdragon 860 and affordable as Snapdragon 860. In the performance part, it is a little behind due to Adreno 640, which is not a big deal as Adreno 620 on Snapdragon 768G is capable of handling heavy games.
  2. It is better than Dimesity 800U in almost every aspect whether it is the performance of GPU power, In addition, the Snapdragon supports up to 192 MP camera, on the other hand, it supports max 64MP only. Also on Snapdragon 768G, we have the option to choose UFS 3.0 over the UFS 2.2 available in Mediatek Dimensity 800U.
